The Business Operations Coordinator is key member of the sales facilitation team responsible for supporting sales of products and services. The position is critical to sales activities and communications between prospects, current customers and channel partners and spans sales administrative duties in the areas of CRM, documentation, order management, reporting and sales pipeline management
 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • General office duties to support Sales & Marketing
  • Serve as central point of contact for clients; to communicate by phone & email, and to respond to questions and requests
  • Process enquires by phone, email and where necessary, personal visits
  • Respond to sales inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and professional & courteous interpersonal interaction
  • Data Entry in Sales MIS Software and generating necessary reports
  • Monitoring leads, persistence in follow up & persuasion to close deals
  • Support the Business Development teams with Pre and Post program client follow up, calendaring, assessments, and related interventions
  • Secondary market research

Key Skills


Excellent communication, relationship management, organised, time management, familiarity with IT products
 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and writing skills in English are a must)
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook etc.)
  • Ability to build strong relationship with customers and close orders on phone or mail
  • Enthusiastic, hard working, well organized and able to prioritize
  • Ability to respond and react to internal and external customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly & set expectations
  • Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
  • High level of detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results
  • Troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills; know when to act quickly
